Returns Policy

The customer is responsible for shipping costs for to the return of merchandise. Fees are calculated by the shipping company chosen by AquaMakina.

If an order is canceled after it is shipped from our warehouse, it will be considered a return and the customer will be liable for shipping costs.

Shipping costs for the return of merchandise will be deducted from your AquaMakina refund.

In the case of an error on our part (e.g. we shipped the wrong product) we will pay the shipping costs for the return.

If you have received the wrong product, and the shipping package is intact, send an e-mail to aquamakina.ca, with a photo of the package and your order number.

Products damaged during delivery must be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery, and the return should include a photo of the product(s) when delivered to you.

Return procedure

Before a product is returned, you must obtain an authorization number from AquaMakina. You can obtain a Return Authorization Number by sending an email to info@aquamakina.ca. If the package is returned without an authorization number, it will be refused.

You may return most unopened products within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. We will pay the shipping costs for a return only if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. you did not receive the product you ordered).

The product must be returned in its original box, in good condition. You must not add tape, labels or handwriting to the original box. The product’s box must be packed in a return box that complies with shipping standards. Merchandise returned in a box or packaging not acceptable to AquaMakina will be repacked at the expense of the customer.

• All orders for liners and covers are final sales. Returns are not allowed.
• All custom orders are final sales. Returns are not allowed.
• All replacement part orders are final sales. Returns are not allowed.

Refunds will be processed no later than two weeks after the product being returned is delivered to our warehouse.

If you make another purchase from AquaMakina before receiving your refund, the credit will be applied directly to the credit card account you used to make the original purchase.

How to make a return:
Send an email to AquaMakina at info@aquamakina.ca with the following information:
• Order number
• Name of the product being returned
• Reason for return
• Photo(s) of the product(s) in their original box/packaging

Warranties

A product without warranty from the manufacturer is covered by a 15-day warranty from AquaMakina. Full warranties are provided in the product description.

How to apply for a warranty:
Send an email to info@aquamakina.ca with the following information:
• Order number
• Product name
• Description of the defect
• Photo(s) of the defect, if possible

Damaged or lost product
All shipping damage must be declared upon receipt of the goods by the customer and no later than 14 days after the merchandise was shipped. Damages must be reported to the carrier and noted on the carrier’s delivery notice.

How to apply for replacement of a damaged or lost product:
Send an email to info@aquamakina.ca with the following information:
• Order number
• Name of the damaged or lost product
• Tracking number
• Photo(s) of the damage
