PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME
The processing and delivery time for most merchandise is approximately one to three business days. For an above-ground pool or heat pump-type water heater, the processing and delivery time is five to ten business days.
ELIGIBILITY FOR FREE SHIPPING
Enjoy free standard shipping anywhere in Canada on orders over $199.00 before taxes. For orders of less than $199.00 before taxes, delivery fees will apply. Delivery charges are non-refundable, and may vary by product and shipping address.
Note: Certain areas are outside the territory where free shipping is offered, and are determined by the shipping company we use, based on your postal code.
RETURN OF MERCHANDISE
The free shipping policy does not apply for returns. Return shipping charges will be calculated by the shipping companies. If an order is cancelled after it is shipped from our warehouses, it will be treated as a return and the customer will be liable for the delivery charges. Delivery charges for the return of merchandise will be deducted from your AquaMakina refund. Return shipping costs are only covered by AquaMakina if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. if you received the wrong product, etc.)
